Susan McClean serves as Vice President, Human Resources (HR) for Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA). In her current role, Susan is responsible for leading MSA’s overall human resources strategy, global talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR operations and technology.

Since being named VP in 2021, Susan has changed the function, culture, and impact of HR across MSA’s divisions to better support corporate goals and strategies as well as the needs and aspirations of its 500+ employees around the world. She has worked with division leaders to build and manage an HR organization that reflects and supports their dynamic needs.

Susan has a Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice with a dual minor in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Pittsburgh. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children, and on most weekends can be found watching her twin girls playing softball on fields around the US.
