PITTSBURGH—MANAGEMENT SCIENCE ASSOCIATES, INC. (MSA), a leading enterprise technology, data management and analytics firm, announces move to a new office space in the East End of Pittsburgh, Bakery Square.
Management Science will occupy the seventh floor of Bakery Office Three located at 6501 Living Place, the newest office building at Bakery Square. In making the move announcement MSA President, Joe Reddy said “Bakery Three complements MSA’s adaptive approach to flexible workplaces to provide clients with the highest quality of service. Our new employee focused office design and remote work flexibility is one of many efforts aimed at attracting new employees as well as further enhancing MSA’s already excellent employee retention. The innovative solutions MSA provides would not be possible without the deep technical and domain knowledge of our employees. The new space will continue to inspire collaboration, innovation and success across our diverse workforce and client partners.” MSA’s decision to relocate was guided by the successful evolution of providing hybrid work opportunities, along with observing the results of an internal employee survey. MSA worked extensively with Jack Donahue of Donahue Real Estate Advisors, Inc. in its relocation efforts. MSA also has been working with local architect firm, Wildman Chalmers, to assure the new space is designed to fully support MSA’s work needs.
In March 2020, as with many organizations, MSA adapted its approach to work in response to the challenges of COVID-19. While MSA’s two Western Pennsylvania purpose-built SSAE-18 secure Data Centers continued to be staffed throughout the pandemic, the majority of MSA’s employees began working remotely. Thanks to the strong efforts of MSA’s Information Technology team and the resiliency of MSA employees, the transition to remote work was successful, with productivity, innovation and customer satisfaction remaining high.
MSA anticipates opening its new office space in early 2023.
