MSA owns and operates Western PA’s only pair of fully Regionally Redundant Data Centers. These highly secure facilities are among the best data centers in the region. Both facilities are fully redundant in their own right, connected by a diverse fiber ring, supplied by two different power companies, and constructed with power and cooling infrastructure that is second to none.
MSA’s outstanding data centers are at the core of our entire suite of solutions – from colocation to cloud services to DR to Managed Services and more. MSA has been a fixture in Information Technology in the Pittsburgh region for over 50 years and our Tier III facilities offer the best and latest in technology, security and network connectivity.
Our newest facility is designed from the ground up to exceed Tier III uptime standards. The data center includes over 15,500 square feet of raised floor space situated in a 65,000 square foot bunker-like facility nested into a protective hillside north of Pittsburgh.
MSA’s original facility is our prototype data center delivering Tier III uptime performance. The entire facility consists of 42,000 square feet with 20,000 square feet of raised floor space. The “Rock” is located farther away from Pittsburgh to provide for a significant mileage buffer but still accessible from around the region
SOC 1 TYPE 2 FACILITIES
